During November 1st to November 7th, 2017, Mr. Luo Peng and Graduate student Wang Chunyu from the Japanese Department visited Miyagi Prefecture, Japan, according to the cooperation agreement signed by our school and Japanese general corporate legal person MiyagiインバウンドDMO. On November 16, as the delegates of DMO, Tuchengyu and Watanabe Junwen to visit our school, and had in-depth exchanges with Wang Pengfei, Deputy Dean of the School, Li Haizhen, Director of Japanese Department, and Mr. Luo Peng. Both sides expressed their anticipation to further cooperation.

Firstly, Professor. Wang extended a warm welcome to the Japanese side on behalf of the school and expressed the gratitude for the invitation for Japanese teachers and students to visit Miyagi Prefecture. In addition, he gave a brief introduction to the current international exchanges and cooperation in our school and addressed the willingness to extend more forms of cooperation with the Japanese side in the future.

Then, Ms. Tsuchun and Mr. Watanabe gave a brief introduction to DMO and their educational exchanges with Chinese universities. They invited suggestions and opinions as well as more students from our school to visit and study in Miyagi.

Lastly, Director Li of Japanese Department introduced the international exchanges conducted between the Department and Japanese universities. He emphasized the intention to promote more cooperation in internship with the Japanese side to create more opportunities for students to experience the Japanese culture and improve their competence in Japanese.
