According to "China’s Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development guidelines (2010-2020)," foreign languages teaching needs further reform in quality, with more digital resources widely used and a showcase for the foreign languages teachers to communicate with each other as well as to demonstrate their teaching styles. Therefore, the 1st Micro-Course Contest of Foreign Languages in China will be jointly held by China Higher Education Press and Sichuan Foreign Languages Teaching and Research Committee of Higher Education. The School of Foreign Languages of SWJTU will host the Inaugural Ceremony of Sichuan Division and the Micro-Course Design and Application Symposium on Nov. 14.
